The winery Ai galli is located in north Italy and was founded in the seventies. They own nearly 50 hectares of vineyards, which are all located in the D.O.C. Lison – Pramaggiore production area. Their vines grow on mineral-rich, clayey soil featuring a thin surface layer of calcium carbonate known as Caranto. Prevailing evening winds that lower the temperature to create a distinct drop at night, and rich water reserves are all factors that make our grapes exceptional. They produce wine with passion, research, dedication and tradition which are the fundamental values Azienda Ai Galli has pursued ever since it was established. For over forty years our true aim has been seeking excellence in wine by creating products that reflect noble values such as elegance, balance and typical distinctions.
Ai galli follows a vision that aims at enhancing the ‘Cru’ concept, i.e. a single vineyard producing a unique, recognisable wine in order to preserve territorial heritage, that is to say the typical nature of a given wine taken from the land and bottled. They take the greatest care of their grapes so as to maintain their typical characteristics. The wines offered are mostly red as well as prosecco and chardonnay.
