The origin of the winery Arduini activity dates back to the 1940s, when grandfather Gabriele started the business in the “Canal” area of Marano Valpolicella. In 1969 Battista inherited the Corrubbio company, subsequently developing it by gradually merging part of the land of the estate of the ancient Villa Banda Amistà, as evidenced by the presence of the “Fontana del Fongo”, surrounded by centuries-old cypress trees, close to the new cellar. Today, Luciano continues in his father’s footsteps, making his oenological culture his own but interpreting it according to a personal vision. Indeed, in 2000 the Luciano Arduini company made an innovative leap compared to the previous structure, starting to produce wine in a new and modern cellar. For both viticulture and winemaking, Luciano today avails himself of the collaboration of his son Andrea. His wife Silvana assists him with the administrative management of the winery. The wines of Valpolicella are based on the uniqueness of the territory and on the noble production characteristics of the different red grape varieties.
The three distinct production areas are the Valpolicella Classica, the Valpantena, and the Est Veronese and are all interspersed with omnipresent vineyards, woods, orchards with cherry trees and olive trees. The offered wines are split into two groups which are Linea selezione and Linea tradizionale – both including mostly red wines.
